Includes signatures of the following members of European royalty and heads of state: Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands; Queen Mother Emma; Royal Consort, Prince Henry; Nicholas II, Czar of Russia; King Edward, 7, King of England; Francis Joseph, Emperor of of Austria; King Carol of Roumania; Victor Emmanuel, King of Italy; King Albert of Belgium; Frederick VIII, King of Denmark; King Gustav of Sweden; King Emmanuel of Portugal; Alfonso, XXII, King of Spain; The Grand Duchess of Luxemburg; George, I, King of Greece; King Peter of Serbia; The Emperor of China; The Shah of Persia; Wilhelm II, Kaiser of Germany. Also includes four photographs of the Conference, one with facsimile signatures of all delegates, and 101 individual photographs and signatures as well as original sketches by Joseph Israels, John Sargent and musical fragment signed by Ignace Paderewski.
